1. Getting Started
To begin, download the Unavigate app! When prompted with the login screen, select “Create an account” and enter your preferred email and password. Then, select the universities and majors you’re interested in (Don’t worry, you still have access to all the advisors). Now you’re ready to take a look on campus!
2. Finding an Advisor
Select an advisor who interests you! Scroll through the home screen if you don’t know where to start or use the search bar to find specific schools or majors that interest you. You can message as many advisors as you want so feel free to explore our featured college students to whatever extent you want!
3. Taking a Look On Campus
Once you’ve found some advisors that interest you, feel free to shoot them a message! They’ll get back to you as soon as they can! Congrats! You’ve taken your first step into the world of college applications!

What is Unavigate and How does it work?
Unavigate is a platform where high school students can navigate their future by talking to our college advisors, signing up for internship opportunities, and preparing for the college application process. Unavigate works by pairing high school students with the college advisors they would like to talk to in order to gain insight on their respective colleges. To speak to our advisors, high schoolers will have to utilize our app.

Yes! Unavigate’s services are available to everyone and anyone who would like to use them.

What is a college advisor?
As an advisor, you will be featured on our social media, website, and app where high school students can view your bios and your interests. With this information they will fill out a form that lets us know which advisors they would be interested in speaking to. Once we connect you with a highschool student you will be able to respond to their questions and guide them in their research about your respective school and major(s). We expect that the time commitment will be about 1-2 hours a month simply because of the large amount of advisors we have gathered. We are hoping to incentivize this opportunity for our college advisors and will be coming up with a payment system that you all can take advantage of soon.

When is the app going to be available for download?
The app is going to launch on the iOS App store in September! Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for the most up to date information. For those unable to access the iOS App store, we are working on a version for the Google Play store and our website.
